It is one of the well known Indian e-commerce online stores which provides you a wide range of products under the different  categories of footwear, clothing, cosmetics, accessories, etc. Other than this, it also gives the best choice of services to its users like easy order return and replacement, quick delivery, the transparent refund policy etc. But for any reason, if you are not satisfied with the provided myntra services and have decided that you no longer want to use it then you can very easily delete your Myntra account.

There are two methods through which you can delete your Myntra account. As per your preference you can choose any one of  the methods.

How to delete Myntra account

Follow these steps to delete your account from Myntra e-commerce portal.

Step 1: Visit the official web store of the myntra.com or open the Myntra app on your smartphone.

Step 2: Login to your Myntra account on the web or App.

tep 3: If you are using the app, then go to the upper left corner and in the last click on the contact us navigation tab and if you are using a browser then scroll down and go to the footer of the page, here click on the contact us tab.

Step 4: Now, click on ‘Non-order Related Issues’ and then on the ‘other’ tab in the select issue option tab.

Step 5: click or touch on the option which says ‘I have an issue with the app’.

Step 6: A popup message will appear saying ‘Sorry! we are not able to recommend a solution. Please get in touch using the Contact Us Option below’ in the footer section.

Step 7: Then click on the ‘Contact Us’ option in the footer section.

Step 8: Now, a pop-up notification will appear below the screen (Two options will appear, contact the customer care support- by chat or by calling)

Step 9: You can choose any option from these to and ask Myntra Customer care to remove permanently or  delete your Myntra account permanently.

Other than that you can also delete your Myntra account via your email id. You just need to have your personal email id. With your personal email account you can directly contact the Myntra customer support, they will delete your Myntra account.

Here are the few steps you need to follow to delete Myntra account by email.

Step 1: Open your email account on your phone or laptop.

Step 2: Write an email at support@myntra.com describing all your problems with Mnytra and request to delete your account permanently.
